Terms of Service

Prova Labs is a personal colour and style consulting service, and it has three parts. A one-off colour analysis: you upload your own photo and answer a few style questions, and we prepare a written analysis of your colour season, the palette that suits you, the shades to avoid and guidance on fabrics and accessories. A monthly issue subscription: your analysis is done once, and from then on each month brings a new issue written for that month's light, fabrics and colours. An extra issue: once you have produced the issue your subscription covers for the month, you may buy one further issue within that same month.

To be explicit about what each payment covers: the one-off colour analysis is a separate purchase; the monthly subscription entitles you to one issue per month; and a second issue within the same month is bought separately. An unused monthly issue does not carry over into the following month.

Our PATİ PROVA sub-brand offers a virtual clothing preview for pets. It is a separate product from the colour analysis and monthly issue service described above, with its own terms and its own pricing.

The service is not a free-form image-creation tool. There is no prompt box: you cannot request arbitrary images, and the only photo you may submit for the analysis is your own (or one you have explicit consent to use).

The service runs on third-party AI and image-processing infrastructure; see our Privacy Policy for the processors involved.

You sign in with your phone number via a one-time password. You must provide accurate information, keep your access secure, and be of legal age to enter into a contract in your country. You are responsible for activity on your account.

The subscription is a monthly recurring plan and entitles you to one issue per period. It renews automatically until cancelled and is billed through our payment provider.

You can cancel at any time; your subscription stays active until the end of the current paid period, and you can still produce that period's issue. Prices vary by region and are shown before purchase.

After cancellation no new issue can be produced. The issues you produced up to that point remain readable in your archive.

Once you have produced the issue your subscription covers for the month, you may buy one further issue within that same month. An extra issue is a one-time purchase: it does not recur, and it does not start, extend or renew a subscription.

You need an active subscription in order to buy an extra issue.

You may only upload photos that you own or that show a person who has given you explicit consent. Uploading someone else's photo without their permission is prohibited.

You may not use the service to create unlawful, infringing, sexually explicit, hateful, deceptive or otherwise harmful content, or to impersonate others. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

These rules are set out in full in our Acceptable Use Policy at provalabs.app/acceptable-use, which forms part of these Terms. In particular, generating sexually explicit content, uploading images of minors, and uploading anyone's photo without their explicit consent are strictly prohibited.

You retain rights to the photos you upload and receive a personal, non-exclusive license to use the report and the preview images prepared for you.

The Prova Labs software, brand and website remain our property. You may not copy, resell or reverse-engineer the service.

The service is provided 'as is'. Style and colour recommendations are advisory opinions, not professional advice, and the visual preview may be inaccurate or imperfect. Previews are illustrative only; they are not a guarantee of how an item will actually look or fit.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prova Labs is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the three months before the claim.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or where required by law. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

We may update these Terms; material changes are reflected by the 'last updated' date. Continued use after changes means you accept them. For questions, contact support@provalabs.app.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. If you are a consumer, this does not affect any mandatory consumer protection rights you have under the laws of your country of residence.
